Job Description Job Description Overview CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Reporting Analyst / Sales Support opening for our client in Pittsburgh, PA. Location: Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid remote) Pay Rate: $35 per hour Duration: 12 months Notes from the manager: Hybrid role: onsite in our Pittsburgh office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week. Bachelor’s degree, preferrable engineering or science by major because the sales support role needs to work with SAP, run reports and analysis. Will consider recent graduates with Engineering or science major Duties: Provide sales and marketing support to the commercial team and independent sales representatives, including pricing and margin analysis, forecasting, and target pipeline analysis. Assist the sales team with day-to-day customer service and sales operations tasks, such as LCM/NDA management, handling various technical or PSRA document inquiries, order follow-ups, sample arrangements, payment tracking, and completing questionnaires/surveys. Act as a lead catcher and perform lead vetting, initial quoting, and updates in C4C. Support the commercial team with opportunity management, including tracking and reporting as needed. Handle SAP tasks, including data mapping, new material/customer setups, and the corresponding approval processes for the sales team in systems or SF platforms. Manage small volume long-tail inside accounts and transactional accounts, assisting account managers in monitoring and nurturing the growth of small new accounts. Provide support for MarComm logistics as needed. Skills: Proficiency in digital platforms and business software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles is preferred. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Science.
