Remodeling Consultant – Outside Sales (Commission-Based) Picture Perfect Exteriors | Twin Cities Metro | Full-Time | Uncapped Commission Are you a self-starter with hustle, grit, and confidence in your ability to sell? About the Role: As a Remodeling Consultant , you'll be the face of Picture Perfect Exteriors , meeting with homeowners to help them transform their homes and closing deals that make an impact. This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the field, selling directly to homeowners in their neighborhoods, running qualified leads, and generating your own along the way. What You'll Do: Run 8–15 in-home appointments weekly (provided and self-generated) Generate at least 2 organic leads weekly through door-knocking, referrals, networking, or social media Sell remodeling projects at 40% profit margins with a 30% close rate Knock doors and network when not in appointments be visible, be active, be everywhere Collaborate with our install teams and Project Managers onsite to create more opportunities Help refine our sales system with ideas and feedback every voice matters here What We're Looking For: Energetic, outgoing, and driven individuals who love meeting new people Must thrive in commission-only environments with uncapped earning potential Ability to follow a proven sales system while being creative and proactive Experience in outside sales, home improvement, or door-to-door is a plus (not required we train) What's In It For You?
