Sales Support Specialist Location: Monroeville, PA (On-site) Are
you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for
customer service in sales and operations support? We’re seeking a
Sales Support Specialist to play a key role in maintaining strong
customer relationships while assisting the sales team in driving
business growth. About the Role As a Sales Support Specialist, you
will have a dual responsibility: Customer Service: Providing
high-quality support to customers by managing inquiries, processing
orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Sales Assistance: Strategically
supporting the sales team in acquiring new customers while
maintaining existing accounts. This on-site position requires close
collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to

Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service via phone
and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues proactively.
Process and manage orders received by phone, email, and fax using
the Chempax system. Build and maintain relationships with
customers, educating them on new products and services to drive
sales. Support sales representatives by identifying new leads and
assisting in the sales process. Collaborate with site personnel,
suppliers, and carriers to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and improve
processes. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to
enhance operations. Participate in team meetings and training
sessions to foster collaboration and growth. Additional duties as
assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Associate’s
degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum
of two years in customer service or sales support roles in an
industrial or manufacturing organization. Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office
equipment. Core Competencies: Strong verbal and written
communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention
to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
