Job Description:

Roofing and Siding Sales PositionResponsibilities will include running leads, prospecting, estimating projects, measuring roofs, creating work orders, taking pictures, and good communication with the customers and other staff members.

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by -results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededQualifications
    • Must be able to lift 70 pounds
      • Experience in residential or commercial roofing sales is a plus
        • Excellent relationship and communication skills
          • Excellent negotiation skills
            • Clean, neat, professional appearance
              • Must have reliable transportationCompensationthe average annual pay for a Roofing Sales position at DCD is -$69,407 a year on average.

                • We have in house roof -inspectors, if you don t want to climb on roofs anymore, DCD will assign you your own roof inspector.
