We're directly responsible for handling asset protection and Insurance benefit options for Local, regional, and various organizations from Police departments, School boards of education officials, and Multiple Government agencies at the local and state level.

Responsibilities:
--- Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
--- Learn how to implement our proven sales model for optimal sales performance
--- Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously me
--- Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best solutions to protect the client's assets
--- Evaluate the performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
--- Extend our benefits to the Non-Union population to expand and reach new territories
--- Work from Home or Office
--- Work Surrounding States

Qualifications:
--- Learn how to encourage, motivate, and train a sales team to consistently with our proven sales system
--- Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best solutions to protect the client's assets
--- Teach and assist trainees with the renewal process and any policy updates by providing competitive and comprehensive plans to protect consumers' assets
--- High School Diploma
