Position Summary

This is a full-time position for a Construction Project Manager located in Stow, Ohio. The Project Manager will be responsible for providing leadership while being in communication with staff and supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  - - - -Understands the drawings, plans, specifications, and any project milestone/completion dates.

  - - - -Responsible for developing a project strategy to complete the project on time and under budget.

  - - - -Project start up, continued project management and supervision, project completion, and assists with project close-out.

  • 
    - - - -Ensure that the project goals are accomplished, contractual time frames are met, and the overall project finishes under budget.

      - - - -Proficient in CPM-based project schedules.

      • 
        - - - -Ongoing Planning, scheduling, coordinating with project staff, subcontractors and the project agency.

          - - - -Responsible for managing contractual issues.

          • 
            - - - -Provide leadership.

            • 
              - - - -Identify and communicate potential issues to Project Superintendents and come up with solutions to ensure the success of the project.

                  Education and Experience

                    - - - -Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred

                    • 
                      - - - -Experience working with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) preferred

                        - - - -Knowledge of HCSS Software
