Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Talent Intelligence Consultant

Location: - Remote work - - Newtown Square

Duration: 6 months - 1 yr.

IN THIS ROLE,

As a Talent Intelligence Associate, you will join the Amers team supporting Talent Intelligence Consultants on project work including specific market unit diversity initiatives. You will have the opportunity to conduct talent research and basic external data analysis, seeking patterns and anomalies. You will also have the opportunity to support ad-hoc projects.

WHO YOU ARE:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

- Passionate about HR
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Focused, organized, and able to manage different initiatives simultaneously
- Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
- Excellent communication skills
- Student in the penultimate year of university
- Studying a degree from any discipline
