• 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00am to 3:30pmPay

• $17-$20/hour based on experience and interviewResponsibilities
  • Set Up and Operator multiblade/rewinding machine according to customer specifications
  • Start and stop machine. load/feed machine, and monitor machine operations
  • Select speeds and feeds and determine operational sequences and tooling arrangements
  • Ensures effective operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
  • Monitor production to insure quality and perform verifications and inspections of the product in the machine
  • Responsible for operations, loading and unloading material and parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, deburring, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements
  • Troubleshot potential issues with the machine
  • Observe flow of material through machine to detect irregular slitting
  • Review slitting orders
  • Monitors and documents all process parameters
  • Maintains accurate scrap and machine productivity documentation
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Maintains clean and safe work area
