Shift Managers must be energetic and willing to always learn new
things. They must be willing to engage their customers and team and
educate them on the benefits of eating healthy. Shift Managers will
be certified in the Front of House positions (starter, builder,
dressings, broth, cash, dining room), and certified on prep, grill
and dish. Shift Managers will be taught basic administration for
management, how to manage the front line and how to perform and
submit daily food counts.

- Understand that working a good shift is
putting on a great show for the audience.

We are all
people who have been in the food & restaurant business for a lot of
years. We’re as passionate as ever. But, as we all watched things
move toward convenience and away from the whole foods that our
