Must be trained in evaluating rotational molded component quality, trimming, flaming, assembly, and repair.Other Qualification Requirements Customer Focused Work EthicLevel of Physical Demands: Exerts up to thirty pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequentlyAccountability:Technical SkillsDemonstrate competence in required job skills and position specific knowledge including Ability to perform Trimming, Routing, Flaming, and Assembly operations within required efficiency and quality standards.Quality Promote quality standards consistent with customer expectations and Premier O.E.M.s mission and values.Productivity Complete a sufficient amount of work on schedule. Actively seeks ways to improve and streamline processes.Professional Courtesy Demonstrate honesty and fairness in interpersonal relations.
