Americhem - Compounder Openings for 2nd Shift, Cuyahoga Falls, OHAmerichem manufactures and sells thermoplastic color compounds and is looking for a compounder operator in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The Compounder will set up and compound formulations with approved raw material products in a safe and efficient manner according to specifications and procedures. Shift: 2nd shift (2PM-10PM)Pay: Pay according to experience plus $1.75 differential for off shiftResponsibilities of Job Title:

• Follows all quality system and safety protocols by safely operating equipment, wearing proper protective equipment (PPE), completing safety training, keeping work areas clean and organized, and contributing to established safety goals.
• Effectively manages time and meets deadlines.
• Demonstrates organizational skills by working independently and with a team.
• Safely operates powered industrial vehicles and moves product to appropriate areas.
• Effectively operates and understands all required compounding equipment that includes blenders and scales.Position Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree of relevance a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in laboratory or manufacturing/production.Benefits:
