Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is
partnering with a reputable law firm to recruit an experienced
creditors rights paralegal. This full time role is ideal for
someone with at least three years of experience supporting
creditors rights, collections, bankruptcy related matters, and
litigation involving the enforcement of financial obligations. The
ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and comfortable
managing a high volume of cases. Key Responsibilities: Assist
attorneys with all aspects of creditors rights matters including
collections, foreclosure support, and enforcement actions Draft,
prepare, and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, and related legal
documents Review loan documents, credit agreements, account
statements, and financial records Manage case files, track
deadlines, and ensure compliance with state and federal
requirements Coordinate service of process, hearings, depositions,
and court dates Communicate with clients, court personnel, opposing
counsel, and internal teams regarding case updates Conduct research
related to debtor assets, bankruptcy filings, and property records
Prepare summaries, case reports, and status updates for attorneys
and clients Support attorneys with judgment enforcement efforts
including garnishments, levies, and liens Qualifications: Minimum
of three years of experience in creditors rights, collections law,
or related litigation Strong understanding of legal procedures
related to debt recovery and enforcement Familiarity with
bankruptcy processes, foreclosure actions, and post judgment
remedies Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to
detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and a high volume of
cases Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency
with legal software, e filing systems, and Microsoft Office Ability
to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and
professionalism This posting is a representative sample of the

Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits

compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave
