onsite work Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and proactive
Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a
permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to
work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in administrative support, with a
specific focus on legal documentation and report preparation. This
role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail,
and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The
candidate will have the opportunity to interact with various
departments, providing a comprehensive understanding of our legal
operations. The Legal Administrative Assistant will support the
office covering reception and several Attorneys across the
Litigation practice. Responsibilities: Answer incoming telephone
calls and route to the appropriate party. Provide full
administrative support to a team of attorneys, including scheduling
meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence,
ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal standards
and regulations. Manage data entry tasks, ensuring that all
information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in the preparation
and management of case files, including organizing and indexing
legal documents. Use software such as iManage, Aderant, and InTapp
to manage case information, track time, and generate reports.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
Participate in team meetings, taking minutes and tracking action
items as necessary. Coordinate with other departments to gather and
exchange information as needed. Qualifications: 3 years of
experience in an administrative or paralegal role, within a legal
environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a
related legal field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong data entry
skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Experience with legal
documentation and report preparation. Familiarity with legal
management software, specifically iManage, Aderant, and InTapp are
preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both written and
verbal. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
