Details As a Transactional Attorney / Contract Attorney on our
team, we are looking for: License to practice law in OH Residence
in Northeast Ohio 5 years of professional experience JD from an
accredited law school Book of at least $200k Experience and/or
background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending,
finance, or accounting preferred Experience with the following core
functions of the role: - Drafting and negotiating contracts and
advising on related transactions - Advising on mergers and
acquisitions and business entity governance matters - Advising on
choice of entity and creating and restructuring business entities -
Assisting in due diligence efforts and post-deal integration -
Maintaining a current working knowledge of laws and regulatory
developments - Structuring and drafting documents for commercial
