Job Description:
Position Description: CGI is looking for a Data Analyst to join
us in Cleveland/Strongsville, OH. This candidate should seamlessly
utilize Hadoop, Hive, Impala and Python and Tableau. The ideal
candidate will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, and
extensive analysis experience. This candidate will serve as a
techno functional expert of a large-scale digital development
project consisting of both on-shore and off-shore developers. The
Data Analyst will work together with Product Owners, Subject Matter
Experts and Technical Managers to build a database and reports For
this role on this particular client engagement, employer
sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or green card status as
part of the PERM process will not be available. Your future duties
and responsibilities: - Business Analysis - Data Analysis - Data
Ingestion - Data Integration - Data Migration - Data Cleansing -
Tableau dashboards Required qualifications to be successful in this
role: - 5 years of experience working in relational databases with
Oracle and Teradata - 3 Years of experience working in Cloudera
Hadoop/Big Data and Apache Iceberg environment - Proficient in
Hive, Impala, Trino and Python - Proficient in gathering
requirements working with business owners - Expert in Requirement
documentation and articulating them with design, development and
testing team - Expert in writing, BRD, FSD, Use Cases and modelling
techniques - Ability to organize and manage large user workshops -
Should be able to work with the functional/technical team
understand the functional/technical process flow and help the
business team for day to day activities - Ability to Analyze data
elements and Develop technical specifications and data mapping
documents - Expertise in Banking, Insurance and financial service -
Strong agile/scrum development experience - Strong collaboration
and communication skills within distributed project teams -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Other

role. The determination of this range includes various factors not
limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and
licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for
merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at
or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions
are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A
reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S.
is $57,100.00 - $154,300.00. CGI's benefits are offered to eligible
