In this role, you will manage HR functions at the store level, ensuring that staffing, training, and employee relations are handled efficiently and reflect our company's values. Implement human resources policies and processes at the store level Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities Ensure compliance with labor regulations Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) desirable
