Compensation: $12 per hour Responsibilities: Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Qualifications: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Prior experience in the food service industry. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred.
