As a member of our team, you will contribute directly to our legacy of safe, warm, and reliable commuting experiences. Operate various types of transit buses in transit service Ensure safe and timely transportation of passengers following specified routes Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations and safety guidelines Inspect bus and equipment pre- and post-trip to ensure safe operating condition Interact professionally with passengers and provide information as needed Handle passenger emergencies or incidents in a calm and safe manner Complete reports and documentation concerning route details, incidents, and maintenance issues Strong driving skills and familiarity with local routes Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage time effectively to adhere to schedules and timelines Attention to detail in all operational tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsements Clean driving record
