Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 per year Responsibilities: Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Lead and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals for customer satisfaction, product quality, and profitability. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively. Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
