Colorectal Surgeon Opportunity - Erie

Full-Time Employed H-1B Sponsorship Available PSLF Eligible

Position Overview

A nonprofit, integrated health system in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Colorectal Surgeon to join a well-established colorectal surgery practice. This is an excellent opportunity to practice a full spectrum of colorectal care while enjoying strong APP support, a balanced call schedule, and an outstanding quality of life.

• Permanent, full-time position

• Call shared equally, no greater than 1:3

• H-1B visa candidates welcome

• Employed model with Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility

• New graduates encouraged to apply

Practice Highlights

• Join an established team consisting of:

  • Two experienced colorectal surgeons

  • Two physician assistants

  • Skilled clinical and administrative support staff

• Comprehensive colorectal practice managing both benign and malignant disease of the:

  • Small bowel

  • Colon

  • Rectum

• Full scope of procedures including:

  • Traditional open surgery

  • Laparoscopic surgery

  • Endoscopy

• Emphasis on collaboration, efficiency, and long-term sustainability

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery Residency

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Colorectal Surgery Fellowship

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Colorectal Surgery

• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license

• DEA certification
