About the Position: The position is based within a well-established,
community-focused health system that serves a broad region of
southwestern Pennsylvania. The organization is known for providing

continued growth in specialty services. About the Location: Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a balanced and flexible weekly schedule consisting
of two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts, with opportunities for
scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance. The call
schedule is 1:5, including coverage every fifth weekend. The case
mix is diverse and engaging, including Cardiac Surgery,
Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology (both hospital and
ambulatory surgery center), Orthopedics, and more.
