Job Description Seeking board-certified Ob/Gyn for a full-time position in SW Pittsburgh, PA suburb. - Hospital has 13 private postpartum and recovery rooms for obstetric patients and patients who have gynecologic surgery. - Our birth center also includes five labor and delivery suites, a surgical delivery room, and a nursery with a Level 2 special care area for infants with special medical needs. - Hospital Owned position, inpatient & outpatient coverage - Inpatient Coverage: The recently renovated CARE Center for Family Birth and Women’s Health features 13 private postpartum and recovery rooms for obstetric patients and patients who have gynecologic surgery. Our birth center also includes five labor and delivery suites, a surgical delivery room, and a nursery with a Level 2 special care area for infants with special medical needs. - Approximately 50-60 deliveries per month. - Outpatient Coverage: Typically see 25-30 patients per day in clinic - Call Schedule: 1:6 nights and weekends with post call day off - Ratio of OB to GYN: Fairly evenly split - Will join hospital owned practice currently comprised of 6 OB/GYNs and 2 CRNPs - Practice has 4 offices.
