What we are looking for: - The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. - Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. - Provide excellent, quality, patient experience on daily basis. - Academic opportunity- Emergency Medicine / Internal Medical Residents and Interns on floor nightly Job Requirements - Current clinical competence and adequate volume of current experience documenting the ability to provide services at an acceptable level of quality and efficiency - Board certified or board eligible through applicable body - Current licensure from the Ohio Medical Board, preferred - AHA BLS Certification - Additional skills include effective communication and leadership skills, able to facilitate change - Orients to physician practice/patient population including attending and participating in multi-disciplinary rounds; participate in and support accreditation, compliance, academic fellowships, and regulatory activities of the organization.
