Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and strategic Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our nursing staff and oversee all nursing operations across our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health network. As a CNO, you will be tasked with promoting our ethos of providing high-quality care and ensuring that our patient care services meet national and state regulatory standards. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping our healthcare delivery while ensuring efficient and effective outcomes for our patients. Develop and implement nursing strategies that align with our company's goals. Oversee the delivery of patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. Lead professional development and training of the nursing workforce. Continuously evaluate patient satisfaction and make adjustments to our nursing practices as necessary. Collaborate with other department leaders to integrate and unify health services. Promote a collaborative atmosphere that encourages top performance and high standards of nursing care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital management Ability to strategize and implement policy across a wide spectrum of clinical settings Expertise in patient care and safety standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Advanced certification in nursing administration (e.g., NEA-BC)
