with 3-day weekends Advanced primary care model focused on
preventative medicine Primary care for ages 6 and older with no
on-call requirements Collaborative team includes APPs, RNs, health
coach, and mental health provider Board-certified or board-eligible
in family medicine required Outpatient only with manageable patient
volume of 10 - 12 daily Reduced administrative burden with fewer
