Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to administer nursing care in a
manner that is consistent with our commitment to improving the
health and well-being of our patients. As an LPN at Genesis
HealthCare, you will work in a dynamic environment where your
skills in patient care, medication administration, and teamwork
will be pivotal in promoting patient health and recovery.
Administer basic patient care under direction of registered nurses
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate health records
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the
healthcare provider Educate patients and their families on health
care and specific conditions Ensure the comfort and safety of
patients at all times Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other
medical staff to administer and evaluate patient care plans Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in administering
injections and immunizations Adept in using electronic health
record (EHR) systems Ability to work well as part of a team or

Life Insurance 401k Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS)
