the Position Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - Radiology -
Diagnostic in Kittanning, PA! Are you a skilled Diagnostic
Radiologist looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying
flexible scheduling? We are seeking an experienced Radiology
Physician to provide top-tier diagnostic imaging services on a
locum basis. This critical role offers the opportunity to work in a
dynamic environment, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to

2026, we invite you to apply today! What You'll Do: Perform a
variety of diagnostic imaging procedures including XR, CT, MRI,
Fluoroscopy, US, and NM. Manage a diverse case mix involving ER,
Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Medicine, Neuroscience, Pediatrics,
Mammography, and more. Conduct light Interventional Radiology
procedures such as biopsies (thyroid, lung, liver, bone, renal),
CT-guided interventions, US-guided drainages, and lumbar punctures.
Assist with joint injections and aspirations across multiple sites,
ensuring comprehensive patient diagnostics. Maintain a volume of
approximately 90-100 procedures per 8-hour shift, with expected
wRVUs of 60-70. Required Skills: MD or DO degree with valid medical
license in Pennsylvania. Board certification or eligible in
Diagnostic Radiology. Proven experience in both general diagnostic
imaging and interventional procedures. Strong understanding of
imaging modalities and ability to adapt to diverse case types.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams. Nice to Have Skills: Fellowship training
in Interventional Radiology or related subspecialties. Experience
working in hospital settings with high patient volumes. Familiarity
with advanced imaging software and electronic medical records
systems. Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an
accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of radiology practice,
including interventional procedures. Prior locum experience is
advantageous but not mandatory. Other Requirements: Ability to work
onsite in Kittanning, PA. Certifications in Basic Life Support
(BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Willingness
to work flexible hours, including holidays and overtime if needed.
Must include malpractice coverage in hourly rates. Compensation &
Benefits: Hourly pay rate of $19.50, offering competitive
