(Travel/Contract) We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a
13-week contract in Wheeling, West Virginia — earn up to ($2159 -
$2273 per week) while providing essential care at a leading

high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit. Participate in
ongoing professional development and training. Monitor and assess
patient conditions regularly. Adhere to safety and infection
control protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care
plans. Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care. Educate
patients and families on health management. Engage in performance
evaluations and feedback sessions. Support a positive team
environment and culture. Manage time effectively to meet patient
care goals. Stay updated on best practices and industry standards.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in West Virginia or
compact state. Commitment to ongoing professional development and
training. Experience in stepdown or critical care nursing
preferred. Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.
Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Ability to analyze patient data and track outcomes effectively.
Skills in developing and documenting patient care plans. Ability to
manage time effectively to meet patient care goals. Demonstrated
ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
