find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Kingwood, West Virginia,
26537! Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – West Virginia Start
Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Kingwood, West Virginia Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 day
shifts, weekdays with every other weekend, floating required.
Patient ratio of 1:2. 12 hours of orientation provided. Highlights:
13-week contract in a 2-bed ICU unit with low daily census Work
with patients requiring ventilator management, arterial lines, and
critical drips Utilize CPSI electronic medical records system
Interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy,
rapid response teams, and more Care for adult and geriatric patient
populations Comprehensive orientation and module training provided
Requirements: Active RN license: West Virginia or Compact (pending
acceptable) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required;
CCRN preferred BLS and ACLS must be through American Heart
Association Skills: Conscious sedation, telemetry monitoring,
ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care,
IV drip titration, and management of critically ill patients
Minimum 2 manager or charge nurse references from within the past 2
years Permanent address greater than 100 miles from facility
(75-100 miles considered case-by-case) Travel experience not
required Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19
