our Benefits! What You'll Do as an LPN Field Nurse: As a vital part
of our Home Care / Home Health team, your responsibilities will
include: Provide nursing care to clients in their homes,
facilities, wellness clinics, and always under the direction of an
RN and according to the Nurse Practice Act. Delivering high-quality
services to meet client needs, following current home health
nursing professional standards and agency protocols. Identifying
client needs for additional services and making appropriate
referrals to managers or community resources. Maintaining current
and accurate client records using laptop computers and traditional
charting methods, in accordance with corporate policies and all
federal, state, and local guidelines. Supervising and monitoring
the performance of Homemakers and Personal Care Assistants in home
care settings to ensure quality service delivery. Implementing
physician-ordered plans of treatment. Assisting with orientation
and field training for new employees. Participating in the
department's on-call rotation as needed. What You'll Bring to
Redstone: A current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
license to practice in Pennsylvania. A valid Pennsylvania driver's
license. Experience in home health or home care nursing is a plus,
