On Bonus Daily guarantee Farahay Family Dental is a privately
owned, family-focused practice that values integrity, growth, and
teamwork. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to
join our experienced and supportive team. This position offers
mentorship, autonomy, and a clear path to professional and
financial growth within a practice that truly values its people.
Schedule Full-time / Part time opportunity with flexible
scheduling: • Office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to
4:00 PM, Friday 8-3 pm. Compensation & Benefits • 30% of
collections if monthly production is under $80,000 or 32% of
collections if monthly production exceeds $80,000 • $7,000 sign on
bonus • $900 daily guarantee • 401(k) with employer match • $2,000
annual continuing education allowance • Health insurance • Bonus
opportunities • Low cost of living in the area with high earning
potential • Stable and busy patient base with more than 6,000
active patients • Opportunity to earn $250,000 or more annually,
depending on skill and efficiency - Services provided in the office
include general day to day procedures with addition to Implants,

Duties & Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive general dentistry
in a patient-centered environment • Deliver excellent clinical care
with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail •
Collaborate with your EFDA and dental assistant to ensure
efficiency and quality care • Support and guide the team as a
positive leader and role model • Contribute to a respectful and
organized workplace built on honesty and teamwork • Utilize Open
Dental software and advanced technology including CBCT, iTero, and
Trios 5 scanners • Participate in continuing education and
professional development opportunities Requirements • DDS or DMD
degree and current Ohio dental license (or eligibility) • New
graduates welcome; mentorship is provided and encouraged •
Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on integrity and patient
