Seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join an expanding team in western Pennsylvania. Details/Benefits: Full-time, employed position The successful candidate will enjoy a clinical academic appointment and provide interventional services Procedures include diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations, TEE s, cardioversions, temporary and permanent pacemakers, Intra-aortic Balloon Pumps as well as peripheral angiogram and intervention by vascular surgery Team consists of 5 full-time cardiologists (1 interventionalist with 4 non-invasive cardiologists and seek another interventionalist) as well as 5 APPs serving two suburban areas There are also part-time services provided by 3 Electrophysiologists (including pacemaker clinic), a Heart Failure specialist, 4 vascular surgeons and 1 cardiothoracic surgeon Full range of diagnostic services including 2 cath labs Extensive Primary Care referral network Very competitive compensation plan Comprehensive Cardiology Services Partnering with a team of specialists Program Marketing Robust Benefit Package Malpractice Coverage CME/PTO The Community: This city in western Pennsylvania offers a blend of small-town charm and rich cultural heritage.
