Job Description Hunter Recruiting is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR First Assist for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR First Assist - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel CVOR First Assist RN | Cleveland, OH | Days 7a-3:30p The Cardiac RNFA I works under the direction and supervision of the attending physician to provide aid in exposure, hemostasis, closure and other intraoperative technical functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation with optimal results for the patient. Performs preoperative and postoperative duties to better facilitate the needs of the surgical patient during the perioperative period. The RNFA I will primarily 2nd assist within cardiac surgical cases. The RNFA I will cover regional call to support the Cardiac Surgery program across the hospital system. Must have a minimum of 2 years of CVOR First Assist experience. ACLS, Certified First Assistant (CFA), and CNOR required.
