/n Flexible Shifts: Choose from 3 to 12-hour shifts per week,
available between 7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM. Each scheduling period
includes 6-night shifts and 6 weekend shifts, with an additional
$2.00 per hour for off-shift work. /n Generous Sign-On Bonuses:
Eligible candidates can receive sign-on bonuses of $15,000 for new
graduates and $20,000 for nurses with 1 years of experience, with a
two-year commitment. /n Monthly Loan Repayment: Nurses who recently
graduated may qualify for up to $20,000 in loan repayment,

salary will be based on education and nursing experience. As of
2025, the minimum salary for Graduate Nurses (GNs) is $33.75/hour,
and $35.50/hour for BSN GNs. GNs must be eligible for State Board
Licensure. /n - BSN preferred. /n - Ability to establish and
maintain positive, caring relationships with executives, managers,
physicians, non-physician providers, ancillary and support staff,
other departments, and patients/families. /n - Ability to work
productively and effectively within a complex environment, handling
multiple and changing priorities and specialized equipment. /n -
Strong clinical judgment with critical thinking, analytical, and
problem-solving abilities related to various aspects of patient
care. /n - Critical thinking skills necessary to exercise and lead
others in the application of the nursing process. /n /n Licensure,
Certifications, and Clearances: /n /n - Current Pennsylvania
licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). /n - Temporary Practice
Permit (TPP). Graduate Nurses must complete the licensure
examination within 4 months of hire or one year of graduation,
whichever comes first. UPMC requires that GNs take the licensure
examination within 4 months of their start date, or they may be
terminated or demoted from the GN position, at the discretion of
the BU. /n - UPMC-approved national certification is preferred. /n
- NIH Certification required after hire /n - CPR certification
based on AHA standards, including both a didactic and skills
demonstration component, within 30 days of hire. /n - Act 33, 34,
