Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience License: WV or Compact License - Pending License acceptable Certifications: - BCLS - ACLS - NIH Certification Must-Have: - Conscious sedation - Telemetry - Vents Description: ICU RN for a 3x12 or 4x12 night shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Work is required on weekdays and every other weekend. Flexibility to float may be necessary. Average patient load is 0.2 patients per day. This is a contract position lasting 13 weeks. Certifications that are required include BCLS and ACLS, as well as NIH certification. Candidates must possess skills in conscious sedation, telemetry, and vents. Travel experience is not required. Scrubs are not provided; candidates should wear wine and/or burgundy scrubs. COVID-19 vaccination is not required, but flu vaccination is required with medical exemptions only. Candidates must have a permanent address more than 100 miles from the facility to apply. There will be consideration for addresses between 75 to 100 miles on a case-by-case basis. Candidates must be aware that any previous probationary actions on their license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Only candidates who are not currently employed in a permanent capacity will be considered for this role. All required documentation must be submitted prior to the start of the position. Insufficient documentation may lead to delays in start time.
