You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.*Requirements:** Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment* Comfortable working independently with the population when needed* Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols*Responsibilities:** Schedule appointments necessary for psychological testing, doctors appointments, dental, and eye doctor appointments.* Maintain and keep updated all medical records and documentation pertaining to the clients.* Assist as needed in transport of clients to necessary appointments.* Maintain contact with community medical personnel.* Responsible for medical charts for non-prescribed and prescription medication.* Assist DON in purchasing of medical supplies.* Monitor all detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms.*Benefits:** 18 days PTO (Paid Time Off)* 401k with company match* Company sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities.* Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and accident insurance.* Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program (STAR LRP)* Discounted tuition and scholarships through Capella University*Join our team.
