-PRN Speech Language Pathologist-_*Join our in-house therapy
team! *_Our skilled nursing facility located in Ravenna, Ohio
provides an inviting, home-like environment. The therapy staff and
interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan
that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term
patient.**Responsibilities:**- Conduct comprehensive assessments to
develop personalized treatment plans for patients.- Educate
patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
for daily living tasks.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to ensure holistic patient care.- Maintain accurate documentation
of patient progress and treatment plans.**Qualifications:**- State
licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist- Excellent communication
skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
