and Catering while supporting construction projects leading to a

opportunity!What You'll DoReporting to the District Manager, the GM
will:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, Client, and Project
management teams throughout the construction project and provide
updates to campus stakeholders and Sodexo leadership.
- Be actively engaged in the campus culture, having a presence on
campus.
- Develop, mentor, and train employees - creating a positive work
environment.
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
- Develop strategic plans.

You BringThe ideal candidate has:
- 4-5 years as General Manager / Food Service Director in a high
volume dining operation - preferably University Dining, contract
management, or large scale Catering/Event management.
- Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as
previous food service management experience and the ability to work
collaboratively.
- Proven track record managing through a large project, ability
to pivot to provide solutions.
- Highly effective organizational skills - attention to detail
and follow up/follow through.
- Solid communication skills, leadership, and management
skills.
- Well developed client relationship skills and financial
