• Collaborate with key stakeholders, Client, and Project management teams throughout the construction project and provide updates to campus stakeholders and Sodexo leadership.
• Be actively engaged in the campus culture, having a presence on campus.
• Develop, mentor, and train employees - creating a positive work environment.
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
• Develop strategic plans.

    • 4-5 years as General Manager / Food Service Director in a high volume dining operation - preferably University Dining, contract management, or large scale Catering/Event management.
    • Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous food service management experience and the ability to work collaboratively.
    • Proven track record managing through a large project, ability to pivot to provide solutions.
    • Highly effective organizational skills - attention to detail and follow up/follow through.
    • Solid communication skills, leadership, and management skills.
