Job Description:
The Registered Nurse provides personalized home healthcare,
delivering skilled nursing care per physician--------s orders and
documentation standards.
They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including
medication management, health education, and safety measures.
The nurse supervises caregivers, conducts assessments, and ensures
compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Responsibilities include documentation, communicating with families
and physicians, and participating in staff meetings and
training.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, licensure, CPR
certification, and experience in home health or medication
administration preferred.
Must possess excellent communication, organizational skills, and
the ability to work independently or in teams.
The position offers a salary of $41/hour, with flexible scheduling
including after-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
