Mechanical Assembler I , where you will play a crucial role in
assembling high-pressure oxygen cylinders in a large-scale
manufacturing environment. We are looking for a dedicated and

essential in ensuring the smooth flow of work and upholding our

hours-2:30 pm-1:00 am What You Will Do: Precision Assembly: Utilize
hand tools such as torque wrenches, crowfoot wrenches, and allen
wrenches for daily assembly tasks. Measurement & Inspection: Employ
measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and standard
rulers, to ensure products meet specifications. Blueprints &
Instructions: Follow blueprints and operation sheets for standard
work instructions in assembling products. Equipment Adjustment:
Adjust equipment based on test results and a thorough understanding
of processes and machinery. Testing & Recording: Conduct tests for
oxygen purity and moisture content at various stages of the
process, recording gauge readings and test results. Compliance &
Safety: Adhere to PPE and cleanroom standards to prevent foreign
objects and debris from contaminating products. Quality & Safety
Standards: Perform all tasks in accordance with established quality
standards and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work
area. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work
in a standing position for up to 10 hours per day. Other Duties:

Have: Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in
the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
