Job Description Job Description Primary Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain induction heating systems. Work with single and three-phase AC circuitry (480V and higher). Assist with furnace refractory installation and troubleshooting. Maintain strong customer relations. Work in adverse environmental conditions. Support manufacturing, test, and assembly departments. Train junior personnel. Handle customer calls and technical documentation. Assist Service Department staff. Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need to be successful: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 1 year industry experience preferred. Valid driver’s license, good credit, ability to obtain/maintain U.S. passport. Familiarity with brickwork and refractory systems. Ability to climb ladders and work in industrial settings. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
