Job Description Job Description CNC/Manual Grinder We are seeking an experienced CNC or manual grinder to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in grinding and possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including mechanical drawings and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). A strong understanding of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) reports and quality control processes is essential. Experience working with close tolerances and knowledge of heat treatment processes is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain CNC or manual grinding equipment. Read and interpret technical and mechanical drawings. Understand and apply GD&T principles. Review and analyze CMM reports for accuracy and quality. Work with close tolerances to ensure precise parts manufacturing. Ensure parts meet required specifications and tolerances. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the grinding process. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues. Utilize knowledge of heat treatment processes for optimal machining. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC or manual grinder. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T. Experience with CMM reports and quality control. Demonstrated ability to work with close tolerances. Familiarity with heat treatment processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail and precision. Excellent problem-solving skills.
