Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the
production department supporting the manufacturing process. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability,
and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Welder Location: Bremen, OH Pay Range: $21
- $27 Based on Experience Shift: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am -
4pm; Friday 6am - 2pm 3rd Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 8pm - 6am;
Thursday 10pm - 6am (possible Friday OT) What's the Job? Perform
MIG welding with high heat to join metal components accurately and
efficiently. Complete weld tests to ensure quality standards are
met and maintain safety protocols. Operate welding equipment and
tools, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures. Maintain a
clean and organized work environment to promote safety and
productivity. Collaborate with team members to meet production
goals and improve processes. What's Needed? Experience with MIG
welding, especially with high heat applications. Ability to pass a
weld test demonstrating welding proficiency. Own hood required for
weld testing. Steel toe shoes with metatarsal protection (internal
or external are acceptable). Reliable transportation and
punctuality for scheduled shifts. What's in it for me? Consistent
