Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
high-precision machining, is seeking a CN C Programmer Technician
to join their team. As a CN C Programmer Technician, you will be
part of the Manufacturing Department supporting CNC programming and
production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong
problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive
approach, which will align successfully in the organization. This
is a direct hire opportunity. Job Title: CN C Programmer Technician
Location: Saxonburg, PA Pay Range: $70K-$90K Shift: 1st Shift -
6am-2pm, 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm (Flexible) What's the Job? Generate CNC
programs using Mastercam software to meet customer specifications
Develop and optimize machining processes, including fixturing,
tooling, and strategy Incorporate design changes and technical
improvements to enhance manufacturability Collaborate with Quality
and Machining departments to monitor output quality and identify
process improvements Design and build fixtures, and provide best
practices for tooling and fixturing to maximize production
efficiency What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of programming
experience with software such as Mastercam or Gibbs in a
high-precision machining environment Proficiency in interpreting
blueprints with GD&T tolerances and understanding G & M codes
Experience setting up CNC machines independently Familiarity with
ERP systems, especially Made To Manage (M2M), is preferred Ability
to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines with a
