As an FPGA Engineer at Lincoln Electric, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to designs that are integral to our next-generation products. Design and develop FPGA codes and systems for welding and cutting equipment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define system requirements and integrate FPGAs with other hardware. Conduct simulations and testing to validate designs and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Optimize FPGA resources and performance to meet system requirements. Provide technical support for FPGA-related issues during all phases of product development. Maintain comprehensive documentation for designs and modifications throughout the project lifecycle. Stay abreast of latest developments in FPGA technology and apply best practices in design and development. Strong proficiency in FPGA design tools (e.g., Xilinx, Altera, Vivado) Expertise in hardware description languages (HDL), such as VHDL or Verilog Experience with digital circuit design and modeling Skilled in simulation and verification tools Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in FPGA design engineering (preferred) Any relevant industry certifications are advantageous
