Job Description Company Description Allegheny Behavior Analysis Services, LLC is an agency in Pittsburgh, PA that provides services to children with autism and other disabilities through the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABAS supports families and children through teamwork and collaboration. Our ultimate goal is to provide the best quality, evidenced-based services to our clients in order to maximize their success. Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site, clinic-based role. A Behavioral Technician is responsible for data collection and implementation of the BCBA developed behavior intervention plan and individualized treatment plan through systematic and play-based teaching. Qualifications Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis Interpersonal skills for working with children and families Knowledge of psychology and behavior theory Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with crisis management, experience working in a clinical or educational setting, and knowledge of different instructional methods.
