Site Manager Cleveland, OH (Onsite) 06/02/2025 - 08/29/2025
Shift: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch Parking: Not provided;
available lot 3 blocks away ($60.00/month); train and bus system
accessible Job Description: Client is seeking a Site Manager to
lead daily operations at a small-to-medium site supporting print,
mail, copy, hospitality, and reception services. The position
requires strong customer service and team management skills,
preferably within a legal environment. Located in downtown
Cleveland, on-site role with a business casual dress code.
Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of site services (copy,
courier, mail, hospitality, imaging) Manage a small team; assess
talent, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and
development Ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements and
maintain service quality Maintain client relationships; respond to
feedback and conduct regular business reviews Manage staffing to
align skills with production needs Improve site efficiency using
client Service Excellence tools Monitor labor percentages to meet
operational standards Lead training, cross-training, and individual
development plans Communicate expectations, motivate staff, and
recognize accomplishments Create and maintain site reporting and
customer-facing documentation Identify service delivery gaps;
adjust processes as needed Support resolution of pricing, orders,
and invoicing concerns Able to lift/move items up to 50 lbs
Requirements High school diploma or GED required 3 5 years relevant
work experience (B2B or technical environment) 2 years of
managerial experience preferred 3 5 years in a customer-facing role
required Legal office experience strongly preferred Strong
communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 Comfortable presenting to
medium-sized groups Ability to interpret and apply complex
materials and instructions Must be able to walk, stand, reach, and
