access to our 403B Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of
experience managing large facilities or multiple facilities,
experience with electrical, HVAC, pool filtration, plumbing, and
general knowledge of scheduling of job tasks. Within 90 days of
employment a current pool operator and pesticide applicator license
must be current and must have a valid PA driver's license.
Essential Functions: Maintenance and cleaning of the Y Facility and
grounds. Manage, coordinate, and schedule work projects to be
completed with minimal disruption to members. Ensure that all
safety and risk management best practices are followed. Conduct
daily building audits to determine workflow. Manage the
chemical/mechanical aspects of the pools to adhere to local law.
Manage contracts and order weekly supplies. Snow removal from
walkways. Set up and tear down of various activities. Conduct daily
evaluation of equipment and facility and follow up on all safety
and cleanliness-related issues. Work with the President/CEO to
oversee all construction/renovation projects. Responsible for
hiring, training and evaluating all maintenance and housekeeping
staff members. Create staff schedules, monitor time sheets, and
