A locally owned and operated GC/masonry and concrete contractor serving the greater Pittsburgh area. With a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, who specialize in residential and commercial projects involving concrete, masonry, and stonework. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction and estimating, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete projects Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project managers Assist with bid preparation and project scheduling Qualifications: 2 years of experience in concrete estimating or a related construction field Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and construction practices Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Strong math and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive work environment Local projects — limited travel If you are interested in this position submit your resume and projects list to Dorian at dorian.colvin@gogpac.com !
