• Help define marketing strategies and plans to successfully execute key business objectives.
• Communicate strategies and to cross-functional teams (PR, social, demand marketing, Adobe.com, partners, etc.) and be a key driver to deliver functional plans that are tightly aligned to the global campaign strategy.
• Ensure execution and optimization of marketing plans. Take accountability for impact by ensuring key important metrics are met.
• Develop strong working relationships with key internal and external partners across marketing, sales, the business unit.
• Respond quickly to requests, work together to identify marketing problems, and communicate regularly with extended team.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2023 - December 2025
  • 0-2 years of experience in Project or Program Management type role or Marketing related experience
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment
  • Hardworking and willing to learn more with a growth approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • High standard of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to spot trends and patterns
